The hotel where I spent my Christmas was great, it offered a really nice room with a good view of the surroundings. , the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel was conveniently located near good restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage of this hotel was that they had a good breakfast, which allowed us to start our days on the right foot.

We ended up paying more than we should have and the staff didn't seem very concerned about it. It was frustrating to have to prove that we had called and changed our reservation, which left a sour taste in our mouth.
